You’ll have access to a hydromassage swimming pool, Relax Zone, Finnish sauna, Steam bath, tropical showers, ice machine, Infra Relax Room, and massage rooms, to completely rest and relax.

At Grey Spa, we particularly focus on the peace and privacy of our guests. This is why we only allow entrance to the guests, while massage and other face treatments that we offer are available to visitors as well.

Conduct guidelines at Grey Spa centre:
Showering is mandatory before entering the pool. Please, do not use oily products such as lotions and other hydrating skincare products before entering the pool. Diving is not allowed, nor is making loud noise, splashing, and use of props such as balls, except for closed groups with their own program.

Rules of conduct for guests at the wellness centre:

1. BOOKING – You can book your appointment at least 2 hours before your desired time. Please, be present 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment.

2. GUEST REGISTRATION – Upon your arrival for the scheduled appointment, you’ll be welcomed by our friendly staff, the specific scent of essential oils we use, and relaxing music. You’ll receive a questionnaire to fill out so we can get to know your psychophysical condition, in order to provide you with optimal service.

3.MENTION ANY POSSIBLE HEALTH PROBLEMS – Please, state all the possible health problems to your therapist when filling out the questionnaire. This way, we get to know your psychophysical condition in order to customise the treatment according to your needs and prevent any potential side effects.

4.THE TREATMENT – During the treatment, your therapist will follow your personal desires and preferences in order to fully tailor the service to your needs and comfort.

5. DRESS CODE – Wearing swimwear is mandatory, while the accompanying equipment such as towels, bathrobes, and slippers, can be obtained in the wellness centre.

6. CHILDREN IN THE WELLNESS CENTRE – Children up to 12 years old can use the pool while accompanied by an adult. The following services are prohibited for children under the age of 12: Finnish and Bio sauna, steam bath, and tropical shower.

7. VALUABLES – In order to avoid unnecessary stress, we advise you not to carry your valuables with you, since our staff at the wellness centre is not responsible for the safety of your personal belongings.

8. RESPECTING EACH OTHER – You can leave your mobile phone in your room/suite or a locker. If you don’t feel comfortable not having your phone with you, please set it to silent mode. If you need to make a phone call, please do it in a decent tone. Taking photographs is allowed only if it does not compromise the privacy of other guests. Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines will be warned by the staff of the wellness centre or will be asked to leave.

9. CANCELLING A TREATMENT OR MASSAGE – If you need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible.

10. FOOD AND DRINKS ARE NOT ALLOWED – In Grey Spa, only hotel staff can serve non-alcoholic drinks.

11. RENOVATIONS/REPAIRS – The hotel management reserves the right to close a part or the entire wellness area for the purpose of renovation and other unplanned works.

– Showering is mandatory before using any service.
– Do not eat at least one hour before the scheduled appointment.
– Avoid drinking alcohol.
– Wellness centre is a non-smoking area.
– Waxing or shaving should be done at least two hours before the scheduled appointment.
